Two positive charges, one 3 μC and the other 6 μC, are separated by a distance of 10 cm.
Question: What is the magnitude of the electrostatic force that each charge exerts upon the other?

Solution:
F = k (q1q2)/d2 = ((9 x 109 N.m2/C2)×(3× 10 − 6C)×(6 × 10 − 6C)) / (0.1m)2
= 0.162 N.m2 / 0.04m2 = 4.05 N
